Hi,

There's several ways that Raygun is secure to use. Firstly, all communication with the Raygun service (API) is done over an HTTPS (SSL) connection. It's encrypted between your application and our server.

Secondly, whenever you're using the Raygun app (e.g. logged into the site), it is served using HTTPS so your data is safe between our server and you.

Your data is then stored securely by us in our database (which is not directly accessible from the internet). The data is also tenanted to ensure you will never see other users data.

We've worked hard to ensure that Raygun is secure and safe.

If you have any further concerns I'm happy to discuss them.
