Exception from Xamarin.iOs not sent

I have a try catch block where I send the exception to raygun but the exception isn't visible in dashboard. I am testing the app in debug build in simulator. I have tried subscribing to the SendingMessage event and it is invoked with the data that I am trying to send.

How can I diagnose the issue and resolve it?

Thanks for contacting us, and apologies for the trouble. Is this still an issue? If so, are reports being sent correctly for exceptions that are not caught in a try/catch?
