Hi Jordan,

Do you mean this portal? It's a custom build. Back when I still wrote a lot of code for the public website, I wrote this forum over a Christmas break. It's now a few years old and the design has been overhauled by the great designers on our team (far better than my old developer-esque design skills when I first wrote it!).

So it's not a product you can download unfortunately. We would look at open sourcing it, but it has no nice admin system, and is tied directly into our custom product back-end (e.g. leverages our users table, the spam filtering is built into our admin site that's part of Raygun, not the forum, etc). Sorry about that!

If you're talking about the in-app system (where you click on 'feedback') then that is intercom.io :-)
