Multiple apps & Teams but 1 email

I have 8 applications installed and I have created 2 teams.

However, I used only 1 email.

  1. The team members wont see the other apps that I have created correct?
  2. If team 1 has an error and so does team 2 how do they receive the errors? Because currently I am only using one email. I dont want both teams to receive one blanket email with all the app errors in it.

I want to make sure that everything stays separated! Is this the case?

Hey,

As long as the users have been invited into teams with their own email address, you can restrict the applications that are available to them.

So for example

  • The owner is owner@example.com - he has access to everything as he's in the owner's team
  • Jim@example.com is in the 'Product 1' team, but no other team. He can only see Product 1
  • Sophie@example.com is in the 'Product 2' team, she can only see Product 2
  • Paul@example.com is in the 'Overview' team which contains both applications, he can see all applications
