Remove member from "Users" team fails with 404

https://app.raygun.io/plan/xxx/team/xxx/removemember gives a 404

Hi,

It looks like we were redirecting to the wrong place if you removed yourself from the Users team - it was trying to send you back to the last app you were looking at, however you may have just removed your access to that app. I've got a fix in the pipeline that should be out by the end of the day.

The original remove action should have completed, could check that you no longer have access to those applications?

We found an additional problem with the remove team member functionality which has been fixed - everything should work as expected now.
