Is there a way to export data from the dashboard so that I can do some further analysis in Excel?

Hi Tim,

The team are working on an export function at present (it won't be to an excel file - it's just too big, some accounts have hundreds of GB's of data in them). It will have the ability to get all the raw data and you can then feed it into whatever process you'd like.

What particular insights are you hoping to derive? Perhaps it's something we could add directly to Raygun for everyone?

Thanks,

After looking further, I think some of the filtering features I wanted to see are missing because I haven't updated my WinRT client with the latest version of RayGun. I just updated to the latest NuGet package so hopefully that will resolve my issues. Thanks.

Hi,

I'm pleased to say that in a few weeks the ability to export exceptions from the Crash Reporting dashboard will be available.

There will be two ways you will be able to export exceptions:

  1. By error group
  2. All error groups within a time range

The format will be the JSON payload of each error, in a zip file.

We'll let you know when the feature is live. Thanks for your feedback and suggestions :)

Kind regards,

Yosan
