Email reporting: Lost accurate trend and rate information

Dear Raygun folks - around April 14th, we lost accurate reporting in our report emails for one of our primary errors that goes through your system.

It's for database rate throttling, and it went from showing us accurate trend and rate info to showing, consistently: "Current trend is: None Current rate is: 1 per minute."

This was a distinct, and unpleasant, change from the accuracy of: "Current trend is: Decreasing Current rate is: 52.76 per minute." ... which would allow us to reprovision tables for more throughput if needed.
