An error within an error management service - 500

Hi there!
After our trial has expired, we've paid the subscription, and after that, app.raygun.com throws an 500 error, rendering the app complete unusable. There is no way to create a new app in Raygun interface, after singing in, the 500 error displays. Please advise, how to resolve this problem, we need to get it up and running asap.

We've identified a connected error on our side and I'm currently investigating. As this issue relates to your subscription's billing, I'll reach out to you via our support system once I've made some more progress towards a resolution.
