Add account auto-provisioning at Raygun's SSO

Currently, Raygun's SSO setup is a bit unconventional: you have to manually invite the user for account provisioning. After the invitation is accepted, they can log in using SSO.
The typical flow is to auto-provision the account on the first SSO login, removing unnecessary steps.

Agreed, would be helpful to have this provisioning in place. Most organizations have this as a requirement to their SSO use cases.

Yes, it's very inconvenient. Raygun is the only nonconformant app in our SSO page, and requires manual intervention. This sucks.
