How do I remove an owner user please?

Hi Rupert,

If you're in the Owners team yourself, you can remove the other owner (Owner = Admin in Raygun language).

The quickest way to remove somebody entirely is to remove them from the 'Users' team. This team effectively lists everyone attached to the account and you can fine tune access with other controls.

So:

  1. Remove from the Owners team will remove any admin rights
  2. Removing from the Users team will remove them from your plan entirely
