Ignoring by version

I'm wondering if there's any consideration to add version support for the Ignore status. Our workflow is to log a JIRA for new errors, link the Raygun error to it and then Ignore the error. When we fix/verify the error then we would mark it resolved as of the version it was fixed. However that means that if new instances of the error occur in the meantime, it goes back to Active again.

Are we missing something in the best practice workflow here? It feels like being able to ignore in the current and older version would be one thing that would help. But maybe there's other ways of addressing this as well.
