PagerDuty Integration Not Firing

We had a configured PagerDuty notification enabled and when I click test it works and everyone gets notified. But in the real world it never fires, we had report if we get 100 errors in 5 minutes.
We had a spike of thousands of errors within a short period and it should have triggered
Is there something else I need to enable.
I have since change the rule to 100 errors in 15 minutes

The PagerDuty integration currently only reports on error groups, not error instances at this stage.
My recommendation would be to submit this feature request in our feature request forum. Once it gathers enough upvotes from the community, our Product team will be looking to prioritise it as part of our product roadmap. And as a bonus, if you've created or up-voted a feature request, you will receive a notification from us, as soon as the feature becomes available within Raygun.

Thats pretty much pointless then, the whole point of being alerted is if something is down and generating errors.
