Feature requests are hard to navigate

There are a fair few old feature requests that have already been implemented. Especially when I click "new" to filter by what I would expect to be the most recent requests first, I end up with requests from 2014-2016. Granted, some of those are still relevant, but some aren't.

It would be nice to see some filtering and sorting functionality in the feature requests lists beyond just searching by keywords or using the statuses - especially since the statuses don't seem particularly clear or useful.

Also I can't see any indication of how many votes are required for a requested feature to be implemented - what is the threshhold for that?
