Merging issues - difficult to tell which is which

When merging two issues, the summaries inevitably get truncated in the merge panel and there is no tooltip (FF on Windows) with the full name. Also, there are times where the summary is identical so you can't tell which is which either (even if it wasn't truncated). It would be good to add the tooltip but also some other piece of information like the last timestamp.
