Error message when updating Raygun Agent on web server

Every time I install an update to the Raygun Agent on my web servers, I get the following error message:

Service 'Raygun Agent' (RaygunAgent) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services. [Retry] [Cancel]

If I wait ~15 seconds and hit Retry, installation proceeds and finishes successfully. If I hit Retry too soon, the same error reappears. So it seems that it just needs to wait for the service to be stopped?
