Symbols are shown as special characters

Sometimes on chrome the symbols get replaced with special characters. I've included a screenshot of the problem. It recently started happening. It occurred once on tuesday & once on thursday.

In the console there were multiple errors saying "websocket closed when connecting" or something like that. I can't remember the exact error. I saved the error on my pc, but seems like I accidentally removed that. :/

On another note though, am I supposed to place bugs/problems here and/or send an e-mail about it? Or does it not matter how we contact you guys to fix a problem? I didn't exactly see any specifications or documentation about this.
