JIRA integration - issue filter not working

I've just configured the JIRA integration and everything is working exception the issue filtering. When I enter some text to filter on I get the following error message:
"Could not get issues from Jira. Please check your provider settings."
However, the most recent issues seem to be retrieved and are available to select so I'm fairly sure the integration is configured correctly (I can also create new issues and link to existing).
Any ideas?

Hi Mike,
I've just made some improvements to our JIRA integration's filter which should fix the error which you were experiencing.
It will now filter over the summary text of the issue, this happens by default. It will also filter issue's by Id if the filter string entered is a number eg. "1234" or an issue key eg. "EXAMPLE-1234"
