I cannot filtering error messages

I am using raygun trial account.

I have 3 error messages in my sample raygun app.

but I cannot filtering this messages by using Filter button in dashboard.

Apply Filter button is disabled.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi Kim,

Apologies for the confusion here. The filter button will only by enabled if you put a valid value in the "Label" field that exists in your error instance data. If there are filter values available, they should be displayed in a drop-down list. Note that some of the Raygun providers don't provide all of the filterable values. The Ruby provider for example doesn't include most of the values. You should be able to specify some of them in your app such as the version though. Browser filtering for Ruby is something that we need to improve, by getting the browser from the user-agent string.

Let me know which values you want to filter, and I'll see if there is a solution for it.
