Crash reporting from Xamarin.Forms (Android): "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hi!

I get occasionally System.NullReferenceException exceptions on my mobile device, Raygun displays the following stacktrace, is there an internal problem with Rayrun?

Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object Raygun4Xamarin.Forms.RaygunWebRequestHandler.PostAsync (System.String payload) [0x00105] in

Hi Tobias,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. This certainly appears to be an issue originating from within the Raygun4Xamarin.Forms provider.

We will do a further investigation and look to get out a fix as soon as possible. I will be in touch again once we have more information or an available update to the provider.

Hi Tobias,

We have released a patch for the Raygun4Xamarin.Forms provider. This will guard against the exceptions your are seeing in the Raygun app. Please update to version 1.0.4 and let us know if the problem persists.
