Owner Access Misuse

One of our standard users who is NOT an Owner was able to invite another user as "Owner/Admin". I assume this is a bug.

Thanks for reporting the issue, this indeed looks like a bug and regular users should not be able to invite owners to another plan. We will look at fixing this right away.
