JIRA integration won't connect despite correct credentials

Rencently our integration with JIRA stopped working. That's happened before but in the past only required a reconnection. This time, despite using the same, unchanged credentials as before, the integration responds with the 'Invalid credentials' message. We've also tried using logins for different users with no success.
