Inviting other users

Hi,
I've recently registered an account and am trying to add my other team members via the application settings screen. Unfortunately none of them have received an invitation email (we've checked spam folders etc) and when I try and use the manual registration link I'm just redirected to the login screen.
Am I misunderstanding something? :)
Thanks, Matt

Hi Matt,
I am unsure why they are not receiving their emails, and I will have a look to see if they have been dropped along the way somewhere.
For the invitation link, once you have followed it just sign in with an account or create a new one and the invitation will be accepted, we could make that step work a little clearer.
If you are already logged in then the process is much smoother.
Hope this helps

Hi Matt,
we have tracked down an issue with how we were sending some emails that may have caused them to have been dropped.
Hopefully this solves your issue with the emails never arriving.
Cheers

Hi Martin,
We signed up to Raygun today and users are not reliably receiving invitation emails inviting them to monitor applications.
The users that have received an invitation email aren't able to sign up either as the link seems to redirect them to the login page without the opportunity to create a password.
Are there any known issues around this still?
Cheers

Hi,
I can see your email invitation to "licensing@*.co.nz" which was queued momentarily at SendGrid but now has a status of delivered. Is it still MIA?
With the invitations you are directed to the login screen where you can login if you have an existing account or choose to create a new account with the links at the bottom of the page.
This allows users to accept invitations with an existing Raygun account or to accept it by creating a new Raygun account. As I mentioned above this could probably be made a bit clearer, it is on the backlog to look at :)
Cheers
Martin

Sorry that should say "from" not "to" the licensing email address
