YouTrack Integration Does not Work Over SSL

We have been using YouTrack integration and recently changed our configuration to SSL, we update the URL in our configuration from http to https and attemtped to save changes and we get back an error that our password is incorrect. Changing the config back to allow non-ssl traffic and the URL back to http, and without updating our password, results in a success message. Clearly something is broken here with the YouTrack SSL support in RayGun.
