Hi We're having problems with uninstalling RayGun APM Agent, we've uninstalled the application but the "COR_PROFILER" still is the GUID of RayGun APM Agent.

We've not been able to remove this setter, it seems to be set on reboot.

Hi there,

You can follow the instructions here to deregister your Agent and/or an application pool:

https://raygun.com/docs/apm/languages

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are still having issues.

Thanks Zheng

Hi Thanks for your reply, we did not manage to deregister the PROFILER. We had to install the the Agent again, then resgiter the IIS application pools just to deregister them again.

We rebooted the server, but the RayGun APM is still loaded to the w3wp.exe process, if we use Process Explorer we can see that the profiler GUID is for RayGun APM Agent.

COR_PROFILER {e2338988-38cc-48cd-a6b6-b441c31f34f1}

How do we fix this?

Regards

Hi We managed to solve this, we uninstalled the RayGun Agent. Removed the application pools and created new for our applications.

This fixed the problem we had.

Regards, Erik
