Raygun stopped logging errors

Hi team,
Is the raygun server down, as I tried logging errors but it doesn't seem to appear in my dashboard ?
Time Period: 15:30 hrs - 17:00 hrs EST.
I even tried with different api key and also it failed to get in the dashboard.

Hi Mahesh,
Thanks for getting in touch. The system is running smoothly at present - are you saying that you're currently not getting any errors coming through, or earlier in the day?
We did rotate some of our API boxes out earlier today for newer ones, but that wouldn't account for missing data for 1.5 hours. Were you seeing a an error response from Raygun itself when you tried to send data?
Keen to help get to the bottom of this, first thing to know is if it's working now for you! :-)

Hi John,
Thanks for the response.
It's still not working for me, tried just before the post. Even error emails have stooped.
Actually we don't handle the response from Raygun, We just post using "Raygun.Send()" . So not sure what exactly is the response from Raygun.
Attached the last error message posted which is 2hrs before from now.

Hi Mahesh,
Hmm, ok, that is strange then - it must be something environmentally specific.
Here's what I'd recommend:
- Is there a public page I could hit that would trigger an error with the JS reporter (I'm guessing you're using that?)
- If it's not public, and you visit a page in Chrome that causes an error, could you open the Chrome Dev Tools and see if there's a message on the 'Console' tab? You could also use the Network tab to see the request going to Raygun (or perhaps see it's not even trying). If it is going, clicking on the request should let you see the response (probably just a status code).
If it's easier, we could take this to email if you would rather not share private information about your website here (email hello@raygun.io).

Seems working now, I get the errors logged. :-)
Not sure what was the problem, in the console and network it was always 202 - Ok .
