VSTS integration linking to wrong Raygun account

I'm having some trouble linking my raygun account with vsts. When I get as far as the https://app.vssps.visualstudio.com/oauth2 page asking me to grant access to Raygun, after accepting this I get logged into my expired personal Raygun account rather than the company account that I was previously logged into. I'm guessing something is retaining these credentials but I can't figure out what, I've tried doing this from a different machine and browser to rule out any local caching but get the same result.

I'm wondering if deleting my expired account would force it to work, but I don't see any option to do this.
