I can't seem to use a newly uploaded application icon

  • My file is only a few K.
  • It uploads successfully
  • It is NOT an option to select
  • The only options are the various Raygun icons and the previous app icon

Hi Josh,

Sorry to hear you were having problems uploading the application icon. I haven't been able to replicate the series of events you described. Is this still an issue?

A couple of questions which might help to work out what went wrong:

  • What image format was the icon that you uploaded?
  • What were the dimensions of the icon?

It's a png. The file is 1.27KB (1309B). The image is 256x256. It's attached for reference.

To be clear, it's not just the attached file that has problems. Nothing I upload seems to work.
