Use web.config to setup monitoring

Hi,
We run lots of websites per server and we add/remove them frequently.
I would like to be able to setup APM using the config file rather than the configuration tool. This is the same way New Relic works and it really makes deployment for lots of sites much easier.
I am aware you have the command line method of setting it up, but even that is much more work than what I am suggesting.
