Show authenticated user more prominently

Knowing the authenticated user for whom an error occurred is crucial to provide a good support experience for enterprise applications. In ELMAH I can see the username in the list view as a seperate column. In Raygun, it's buried in the raw JSON view of the error. Please make it more prominent, ideally also in the list view.

The user is now shown on the summary if you use the user tracking features of Raygun.
We also have a bunch more improvements regarding users that are in the pipeline.
